Immigration Fixed Fee
We charge a fixed fee which will be agreed with you from the start.
All our fees include the following unless stated otherwise:
- Attending on client
- Taking instructions
- Advising and considering documents
- Preparing and submitting the application with detailed legal representations
- Providing follow up advice on timelines and the outcome of the application
The fee does not include:
- Home Office / Visa fees and any Premium Service supplements
- Immigration Health Surcharge payments
- Housing Reports for Immigration purposes
- Cost for an on-going appeal
- Court fees
- Barrister fees
- Expert report fees
- Cost of interpreters if required
- Translations
- Attending any Home Office interviews
- DNA tests where appropriate
- Any other costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties
A supplement of £350 may apply for each additional dependant / multiple applicants.
If the case is of particular complexity, we reserve the right to charge an additional supplement, but this will be agreed upon with you from the onset or as soon as the complexity occurs/becomes known to us.
We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office / Visa Centre will take to process your application. Please refer to the current processing times on the Home Office Website.

Judicial Review
- Pre Action Protocol Letter (PAP) Before Judicial Review Proceedings – £550
- Lodging a Judicial Review claim at the Upper Tribunal – £1,500 – £2,000 (excluding Counsel’s Opinion)
- Representation at a Judicial Review Permission Hearing at the Upper Tribunal – £1,000 – £1,500 (excluding Counsel’s fees).
The above is the best estimate of our professional fees.
Please note that VAT where applicable and any disbursements such as the Court fees or the Home Office fees are payable by the client.
Our legal fees range from Legal services provided in the sector of immigration law as outlined above (subject to and dependant upon the complexity of the matter). The prices quoted above exclude any VAT which may be applicable and any disbursements which may include courts fees, travelling and other expenses including UK Border Agency fees and NHS Surcharge.
