Creating and Registering a Lasting Power of Attorney for Health OR Welfare or Property & Finance. This includes providing you and your attorneys with advice about the rights and responsibilities that the document provides. Verifying your capacity to enter in to this arrangement and then signing as your ‘certificate provider’ (if required) Preparation of all documents. | For one document – £400 For both documents – £500 – £600

Creating and Registering a Lasting Power of Attorney – for 2 people As above for two people making the documents

The above fees apply where (1) your requirements are straightforward and (2) you visit us at our premises to give your instructions and (3) you instruct us during normal office hours (9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. Mon-Fri).
If your requirements are not straightforward and/or we visit you and/or you are unable to instruct us during normal office hours, then additional fees may apply. Any additional fees will be discussed with you and agreed upon with you before we commence work on your behalf.
Disbursements
- Our fees exclude any disbursements and court fees. Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as court fees or the costs of a process server.
